Ten Thousand came to us with two operating Shopify Plus stores. Still, they required a B2B ecommerce platform that would convey their mission. Also, they needed to find a solution for automatizing B2B wholesale because managing orders manually via emails and phones was complicated and time-consuming.
Ten Thousand's wholesale business operations faced a significant roadblock due to the lack of functionality for specific customer groups and custom pricing.
